Buyka — Free to use

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this license, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Buyka application (“Software”), free of charge, for personal and commercial purposes.

You may install and use the Software on any number of devices that you own or control, and within your organization on devices owned or controlled by your organization, solely for internal use.

2. Restrictions

Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may not:

(a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software or any part of it;

(b) distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party, except that you may deploy and use the Software internally within your own organization (including installing copies on devices owned or controlled by you or your organization) for internal business purposes, provided you do not sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the Software;

(c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;

(d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, logos, or other marks included in the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the licensor.

4. Source Code

If any source code of the Software is made available by the licensor (for example, in a public repository), such publication does not grant you any license or rights beyond the right to view it, unless expressly stated in writing by the licensor.

Any copying, modification, reuse, or distribution of such source code is prohibited without prior written permission from the licensor.

This section does not limit any rights granted to you under third-party open-source licenses for their respective components.

5. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party components that are separately licensed. Such components are licensed to you under their respective licenses as stated in the “THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt” file and/or in the application’s Licenses screen. In case of conflict, third-party licenses prevail for their components.

6. Third-Party Services

The Software may provide links to, open, or facilitate access to third-party services (for example, review/price search features and coupon services). Such services are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The licensor does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their content, accuracy, availability, security, or practices.

7. Updates and Changes

The licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates may modify, add, or remove features. This license applies to all updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and make reasonable efforts to delete all copies of the Software under your control.

11. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
